Glad that my team chose this over so many self-proclaimed WordPress experts. But Bluehost India is by far the best when it comes to understanding WordPress according to me. It is really easy to maneuver and install too. There is no need for a lot of assistance either but whenever needed it is given without any hesitation by their support team.
Couldn't ask for more when it came to service and support. Staff has been extremely helpful. But at times because of server downtime, we panicked and had to get the teams on a call..however, Bluehost India's team helped us..
Really all the issues were handled well right from migration. I am happy that we (me and my team) chose Bluehost India for standard VPS hosting. We thought of going for WP but for now we stick to their amazing VPS plans.. thanks again.
A good service for managed SEO but need support to be better
Managed SEO service is good but there are gross errors done by support team. I have tried to call them several such times however the response is very slow and also they switch calls to another person. We have to explain same problem again. Please take note of this.

Superb, really good experience with Wordpress hosting. I am actually surprised that we are where we are with our content, traffic and new customers, thanks to this super efficient hosting .I would however, not recommend for those who are looking for a hosting that is technical in nature. Bluehost's worpress plans are perfect for those who are new to technology or should I say far away from it.
Pricing is not justified. Only a few features for the amount of work we need to do with what is given to us customers. As a consumer I understand you also need to be profitable as a company but this is just not fair. You managed Seo service and web hosting is very good but please look at pricing as we scale.

Support is helpful but really need to be behind them to address a problem. I purchased dedicated hosting wit managed SEO service. Consultation service is really good and helps us do better, with a more profound understanding of search engines. I am only unhappy with service from the team. Please look into it and help us out?

Can't find their service reliable because of fluctuating support
They have support always on busy mode so calling them is a mindless deal. I have been facing this issue since a long time but there is no solution to this. Please take this up and work on it.

The plans are not worth their money, though the hosting service is decent. I have hosted a new blog through Bluehost India and it is okay from a hosting point of view but expensive when it comes to the resources they provide. I am seeing cheaper alternatives around and thinking of switching since their pricing is higher and support is average.
