Aniway scam scam scam
Very pitty , i use them for 8years. Since support scam started. Guess token over, cashing in.
I have used them for a while. Then one day they no longer have any option for support tickets and they charge you $50 just to open up a support ticket. . I paid 1 year in advance, then 2 months later they suspended 2 of my hosting accounts that were paid for a whole year. I paid via Bitcoin so of course no money back, and no contact option. No Support - this company charges for simple support issues $50-$100 per ticket
If I could give this company a 0 star I would. First they are way over priced. Second, they do not have support, each support ticket cost $50-$100. Even for small issues, they simply do not offer support. Stay away.
Only form of payment accepted is "Bitcoin"--NO credit cards, NO "Pay Pal"
I had been doing business with IT Itch for the past three years. During May of 2020 I had five domains with this company. All of these five domains were purchased from IT Itch. I received a notice, during May, 2020, that one of said five domains was coming due for a renewal payment. However, much to my shock / surprise IT Itch advised that they were no longer accepting payment through "Pay Pal." IT Itch had, already, not been accepting ANY credit cards for some time. IT Itch advised they Bitcoin was the ONLY form of payment they are now accepting. I attempted to purchase some Bitcoin online. However, when I was asked to provide a scanned copy of my driver's license I "clicked-off" the Bitcoin site. I have since moved ALL of my five domains to other registrars. I wonder if IT Itch allows New Zealand customers to pay with New Zealand currency.
I will never use they services again, never! Support is very bad! Very slow answer. And they register , publicdomainregistry.com write me email on thusday , the want some documents like id and etc. the email go my spam folder and thursday i receive email from ititch that they suspended my email! When i write them, they answer me that thet couln’t do nothing and to contact this publicdomainregistry. And all the problems become that i write wrong address on the company. And is not wrong, just is virtual. So i will never use they services any more. They don’t protect you, don’t stand behind they clients.
Worst Company ever. Worst support. They do not reply. Stay away from this server. With all the bad reviews - i can contest that they are all true. Stay away!
