High quality services with amazing support Been using KnownSRV services for more than 6 years now which include shared hosting, VPS and dedicated servers.
Shared hosting - Cheap, good resource management, not a single downtime, good read/write disk speeds, good network speed. As some sites grew on shared hosting and got a fair amount of visitors, speeds were still pretty good without noticable difference. Moved those to VPS after a while.
VPS - Have multiple virtual private servers at the moment ranging from smallest plans up to v3. Had a single downtime in past few years on one vps which lasted about 1 day and it was partially my setup mistake, partially security upgrades performed on their end. Received 3 months for free due to 1 day downtime. Prices may be a bit expensive for some people, but if you are looking for quality like I do, don't look further. Network speeds, disk read/write and resource management between virtual machines - all good. Even the smallest openvz VPS plan with 1GB of memory works very well with 5 medium sized sites, mail server, a few docker containers and a few other things.
Dedicated servers - Three dedicated machines are currently working for about a year and a half, absolutely perfect - no a single issue with performance. Actually, had only one issue upon installing a newer .iso image over ipmi as something did not talk well about the drivers, but it was installed by them within a day.
Reliability - I am not afraid for my data with them, but I still have backups provided by them.
Pricing - For the quality I receive, this is not expensive. Will rather pay a bit more and sleep well, than get woken up in the middle of the night.
User friendly - Everything that was asked for, it was received. Even some extra services. ;)
Support - Did not have to contact support for any issues, except for adding new IP addresses to existing VPS. This was usually resolved within 6-24 hours.
Features - Customizable options in cpanel (shared hosting), good dedicated server customization - from backups, RAID controllers, power supply redudancy ect.
Overall recommended if you mind about quality of your service, but don't mind paying a bit extra than what others ask for.
