I've been with Leaseweb for almost 4 yours now and never had any outages on their side. Recently i had my first HDD Failure, and i was afraid it would take a while, because it happend on saturday evening 23:00 and i did not buy any additional SLA. But i opened the ticket saturday night. and the HDD was replaced, hot, without a reboot or downtime. And once i woke up on sunday, my RAID 5 was already rebuilding.
Ordered a "1 hour deployment" server (and made promises to a client based on this) and was told 12 hours later that it wasn't actually a 1 hour deployment server, but they did have a server with about half the specs for the same price. I literally read this tactic in a book about car salesmen.
We terminated a 12-month contract with LeaseWeb after only 1 month in 2019 due to technical problems. We canceled the service via email but paid for the entire period anyway. In 2020, we received an advance invoice for a new 12-month period, which we have disputed with reference to our e-mails, but LeaseWeb refuses to cancel the advance payment invoice. On Jan 27 LeaseWeb lawyers will bring this € 600 case to the Amsterdam Court where they expect us to attend during a pandemic. If we do not defend our case, LeaseWeb will win by default and they will use the court papers to lock our bank account in Sweden using the new EU regulation EAPO (European Account Preservation Order) to lock our company bank account in Sweden. I urge everyone to stay away from LeaseWeb if you care about your well-being, time and company.
I have been doing business with LeaseWeb for almost 9 years and after being in this field for over 15 years and trying several other similar companies. I could say that I recommend every one reading this review to give them a shot. 24/7 friendly support, affordable prices and great products.
Leaseweb had a technical issue which meant I was double billed for their service. I have contacted them numerous times for a refund on one of the payments.
They have replied once to say they have applied it as credit to my account but if I want a refund then to let them know. They know my services had been cancelled as I wasn’t happy with what was supplied so they knew adding as credit was useless for me.
I have asked for a refund for 2 weeks now and been ignored completely.
Do not trust this company they will take your money and ignore you.
Leaseweb is just great when it comes to dedicated hosting. Their service quality and prices are really good too. Been using them for over 4 months now. So far, it's been great. Good communication, good customer service, 100% uptime. I highly recommend leaseweb.
I was with them twice and I deeply regret. First time it was a mixed experience. I had a hard drive failure and their engineer failed to appear at appointed time. It was long time ago. This year I had a motherboard failure on the server on Friday and it is still offline (4 days after). They are deceiving people about 24/7. Only limited (verbal) support is available during night or over the weekend. So I cancelled everything. Very dishonest company. Not recommending at all.
