It is rare today that a company provides good customer service. It is almost impossible to find great customer service Newtek is my only vendor that provides EXCELLENT customer service.
Today I called into Billing with a question. Daniel took the call and very quickly solved the problem.
Then, I off-handedly asked him a non-Billing question. He graciously took the question and answered it. He was AWESOME.
If Newtek could clone Daniel and offered to sell the clones to other companies the stock price would triple.
Thank you Newtek management for hiring and retaining folks like Daniel. I have never been disappointed with Newtek Customer Service in 23 years.
We worked with Danny on a variety of issues including NewTek's broken password reset process and building a DNS record on Google for CWHF. Danny was excellent - polite, knowledgeable, patient, informative. It was a pleasure to make this somewhat complicated set of tasks work.
I want to make sure that Danny's efforts/expertise are recognized although your rating system requires me to measure everything including the password rest that does not work.
These guys have housed my website for a number of years now and have always been prompt, courteous, helpful, and extremely professional whenever I've needed to contact them with a question or supposed problem that I've been having. My latest interaction was with Joseph Wilton and he continued the high standard of excellence that I've come to expect from the Newtek team. My thanks to all of you!
I've been having trouble for two months downloading my emails into Outlook for Mac. They have randomly stopped and started downloading, although I could still see them on the server. I upgraded Outlook and that somehow allowed a few hundred emails to download, then they stopped again. Michael Cannon in Tech Support took the time and helped me set up a forwarding email account, and my Outlook was able to download from the new forwarding account. Voodoo! But it worked, and triggered my original email account into working again. Michael called me the next day to follow up, which was great! Everything seems, finally, to be working right, after 2 months of mystery and struggle.
Overall, Newtek has been really good for the past 20 years. But Michael Cannon solved my problem this time!
Our print server failed with a BSOD. I logged the ticket as urgent. The technician, Benny Villa promptly resolved the matter. He is highly competent, professional, and a pleasure to work with.
Excellent Customer Service & Great Amount of Patience
Newtek has been fantastic!! They helped us migrate to Office 365, with ease. I originally spoke to Jamie Dougall, and he assisted me with explaining in depth what would be best for our company. I then spoke with Joseph Wilton and he assisted with getting the process started. I had to call GO DADDY to add some records and they were not helpful and downright mean, so I reached back out to Newtek and was able to speak to Jamie again and he was able to help me get things all set up. He is very kind, and knowledgeable and walked me thru the whole process and even waited to make sure all worked well. I would say he is one of the best Tech guys I have ever dealt with and does a great job to ensure clients are taken care of properly. He actually made a stressed out person feel much better and I would recommend NEWTEK, AND JAMIE many times over, and I can't say that I recommend many people as most don't care, but again Newtek Technology Solutions is AMAZING
