Multiple scam and spam originating from these guys on a daily basis. The scammers are just making up domains and these guys just let them go and do nothing about it.

They are thieves, they stole 400 euros from me, I ordered a server dated 16, I did not even have time to explore it, it took me 6 days to decide that that server was not valid for me, and I could not cancel it, I had to do it within the date 20.
So I only had 2 days to decide what to do with it. After that I could not even remove my card, they are really thieves, stay away from them,

This website is made of scammers. Literally they rob money out of you. I decided to cancel my service and they still charged me after I explicitly told them NOT TO. I cancelled my services in a timely matter. I suggest anyone else to whom this has happened to make a report because I see I have not been the only one.

They have absolutely no respect for consumer rights.

Quality far from being that promised, I made a request for a refund a few hours later and no refund has been made because the manager is crazy and is not listening to customers, so we I stole € 450 on those I do not recommend online.net.

My company website and emails have been hosted by them for a few month. At least once a week, the email gets faulty. They shall ruin my business!

Stay away or ALWAYS use a "Virtual Credit Card" when you sign up to online.net !!!

When I tried to cancel my servers on 1 November 2019 and opened a ticket, they wrote: "If you cancel your server before the 20th of the month, it will be terminated at the end of the month, if you cancel it after the 20th of the month, it will be terminated at the end of next month."

When you buy a server at 1st of the month, they can start the servers and charge at 1st of the month. But they do not terminate servers before 20th of the month.

So they say that, you have to pay for 1 more month if you cancel the server after 20th of the month.

They do not delete your credit card details from the system until the servers are terminated and until the payments are done. Also there is no option to delete your credit card informations from the system by yourself.

So I closed my Virtual Credit Card from my bank to block them charging me for 1 more month and stated this to them. And they replied: "You won't be able to work with us anymore if the bill is not paid."

And I said: "Who cares, I will already will not work with you again."

Stay away from online.net

They have very bad termination rules and also they have very bad and rude support.

We had a poor experience with them. They are just taking the money for the things that's aren't maintanable at all. You will be not able to prove anything to resolve the issues in a timely manner (if at all). Horrible attitude towards customers from the beginning. It doesn't matter what you'll submit as you will always receive senseless answers that has no connection with underlying question. Be careful ordering anything there.
