I have to say their interface is not the best looking or more friendly but after reading a bit I was able to do what I need to, so it works,
Service is very stable and support is provided on live chat (looks like 24h) and WhatsApp.
On summary, am very happy with the service.

The assistance responds in due time. Just pay attention to the expiry of the SSL certificate (it is a problem common to all hosting that not to warn when the certificate expires)

this is just a quick review to say that i had a problem with my vps service and domain being on pending for hours, i spoke to the online helper guy he was polite even tho i was a bit pissed off! but he sorted out my problem within an hour as he promised, so i can start designing my store an hour after complaining so im gonna give him a 10 for sorting out my problem as promised so in total i had to wait just under an hour but the prices are very good as is the range of products. so for sorting out my problem so quickly im a happy web store deigner and very impressed with the service.
