Mer information The backend admin panel lacks some features common at other hosts (like the ability to manage domain redirects or access a file manager). Reliability has been strong. Support is good most of the time, though out of the 20 times I have contacted them, on 2 or 3 occasions I didn't hear from them until I sent another email to remind them of the issue. When they do respond, support is helpful and friendly. I am very difficult to please... Mer information , people say that I am eccentric, and I am I guess. I like for things to work correctly, and I like to get what I pay for. Without Fail, TMD has bent over backwards to help me, they have trained and knowledgeable staff, and they don't tell you that they can do things they cannot, I have a lot of respect for that. I am moving my clients that have other hosting services to TMD as their current hosting expires. I highly recommend TMD hosting for any size website. They are a great company and there is not another hosting company out there that do what they need to do to keep your site up and running 24\7. They have round the clock support from live agents, no long waits on the phone going through the, :if this then press this button", non-sense that you so often get in nowadays society. 5 stars out of 5!!! The process to move my sites from LiquidWeb to Nexcess was very cumbersome - one would think that because these two companies share management the transfer process would be easy. Nope . It took several weeks and for each site I had to create a separate ticket. I finally got the sites moved over and whenever there is a problem there is no phone support (or at least no one has ever picked up). They use a ticket system and response time is very slow - usually I end up waiting several days and have to constantly demand attention. I regret moving to Nexcess - they are a bad choice if you value customer service.
