Might be from the competition, who knows. People that complain t... Mer information hat they had to wait 24 hours before their server got rebooted are clueless. Even when you can't authenticate on your server, you can still reboot it or shut it down and later start it back up from the admin webinterface provided by online.net ... so why would you wait x minutes ?!? In 30-60 minutes it is re-installed with the OS of your choice and restore your data from backup. The times that I had to contact support was with questions about billing. I received an answer an hour or two later. Even when the question was asked at 22:00 hours CET ! In short I highly recommend online.net ! Dölj |

Besides the horrible horrible HORRIBLE customer service, you will be doomed if the issue is on their side. I have lost good business due to two weeks on not being able to use my email functions a... So then you contact customer service and they just tell you there is nothing they can do to help except send the issue to the developer whilst happily charging you monthly for this shit.
