I’ve been a customer of IONOS for years and am satisfied with the service I receive. If I have a problem, someone is there to assist personally shortly. The hosting is stable and easy to use.

Mer information ve had maybe 5 hours downtime and no major issues. APlus may not be great, but for us it has proven to be 99.9% reliable and extremely cheap ($9.00 month legacy plan for 8 active websites). The only issue is that they offer premium Comodo SSL certificates, which makes it more expensive for https (typically $90 a year). The good part to the Comodo certs is that they include lots of extras not available with plain vanilla ssl. Dölj |

Mer information ng back to the previous one, paying a bit more expensive but I have the standard support. It would be good if one day IONOS educates its support team and takes care of customers as they deserve. I have read comments on different platforms (Twitter, YouTube, etc) and I am not the only one disappointed! So something is very wrong with your support team.
