Possibly one of the worst hosting services there are. No matter how long you've been a customer, you're treated like garbage. They have no loyalty to ...
customers, and customer service deserves a 0/5. 100% of the times when issues came up, it took them forever to resolve (sometimes several days). They always send a list of copy/paste steps for you to do, and claim nothing is their problem. Huh? I was a long standing customer for over a decade, and they took my education site offline, and wouldn't activate my account. It's pure theft. That company is run by criminals. Stay away.

Site5 has some suspect policies and I was charged after setting my account to not renew. Of course, they say I'm not eligible for a refund per ttheir...
policies. Besides heavily increasing prices, the reason I was moving was they did not want to update PHP version unless I paid even more money. Since they used the recurring payment type, it seems I'm just out the money they just took from me.
