I’m stunned this company is still in business. They have a laughably rigid "no refunds after 45 days" policy, even if you're left with NINE MONTHS of unusable time on your account. Imagine paying for something long-term, only for the provider to completely fail on their endand then smugly deny you a refund. It's not just unethicalit's predatory. The server performance is absolutely abysmal. It feels like a ticking time bomb. Their servers go down every five damn minutes. I wish that were an exaggeration. You can’t run a business, host clients, or even keep a basic webpage online with this level of instability. And the worst part? They know it. They’ve been told. And they’ve done NOTHING. This isn’t just about downtime. This is about the destruction of trust, time, and business. Their constant outages directly led to the suspension of both my Google Ads and Google Merchant Center accounts. Do you have any idea what kind of hell it is trying to recover from that? The appeals, the explanations, the hours of writing emails and making calls just to prove that you didn’t do anything wrongit was your provider. I’ve lost revenue, credibility, and sleep over this. I’ve spent countless hours troubleshooting problems that weren’t mine to begin with fighting fires started by their failures. The psychological stress of watching your business crumble over something you can't control is unbearable. It’s anxiety. It’s helplessness. It’s rage. And above all, it's betrayal because I trusted them to deliver a basic, functional service. And what do you get when you raise these issues? Nothing. Silence. Or worse copy-pasted excuses from support agents who clearly don’t care and won’t lift a finger to help. If you value your business, your sanity, or even just basic decency, stay as far away from this company as possible. They’re not just unreliable they’re dangerous to your operations and reputation.

This company is a sham, they are fraudulent in what they do. They lose your data when they transfer your sites, oh but they apologize. They use Pay...
Pal subscriptions to take your money, then they send you late notices even though it's been paid. They later try and use those automated late notices against you. They take your money and mark your invoices as cancelled. I've seen it all. They up their prices and don't tell you, yet still take your money, they give you a suspension warning, take your sites down 5 minutes after the warning, you pay them what they want, I still don't know what the money was for, all the invoices state there wasn't an issue. If they raised the prices, then why didn't they send another PayPal subscription link and ask you to cancel the other one? I guess that's too easy. They don't acknowledge that you have paid, you have to open a ticket and say hey I paid, can I have my sites back now? Then tell you they terminated you instead of just a suspension like their email said and won't give your data back, so all of your hard work is down the drain, oh but they will give you two months free, $107USD value is what you are told. What about the thousands of hours of work that went into our 51 sites? This company is a fraudulent company. They should be held accountable for the bad things they do to people and their websites! Stay away, it's not worth all that they put you through. They say one thing and in the next they say another. They are just trying to cover their A$$e$ by changing their wording all the time. Plus they are a bait and switch company. Please, please don't go through what we have gone through with them. Had this been a year ago, I would have given them a glowing review even though they did lose some of my data in a transfer, that was my bad for not having it backed up. But now it takes them 2 days to answer a support ticket and they were just going to keep our money and never let us know they instead of the suspension letter we got, that we were actually terminated. As to what we owed them for, well I have all of the paid invoices in which it shows we didn't owe them anything else, but they asked for more money and it was paid so we could get unsuspended and get our websites back, but they swindled us, they have our content/data and won't restore it. So as I have told them, they have charged me for something I don't have and that I should charge them for my time spent on those websites. I will also be turning them into the BBB. Also to hostadvice.com, I love your service and spoke to one of your reps and will be going with a web host your recommended. But I wish to give LinusFox them a score of 0, but your system is making me choose stars, which will give them a 2, "sigh".
