Ultahost declined to refund the VPS to my original payment method because my account had multiple hosting orders. They offered wallet credit, which I declined because I no longer wanted to use their services. I asked them to assess the repeated service issue and provide a written decision. The responses I received acknowledged an escalation and then stated that a payment-method refund was “not possible”, without explaining how the VPS problem had been assessed. This was my experience with these two services and their support and billing process. Prospective customers who need reliable access to server administration tools should consider it when choosing a host.
