... €4,475, paid via crypto). Pre-sale we were promised in writing "several 100Gbit upstreams"; in reality the whole pool capped at ~3 Gbit/s and did not scale with more servers (40 VMs and 56 VMs gave the same ~3 Gbit/s, CPU at ~5%) — so the limit is their oversold uplink, not our setup. Provisioning was broken throughout: the API assigned the same IP to multiple VMs (many booted with no public IP), cloud_vm_creation_failed hundreds of times, about half of all creations failed, deletevs did nothing, and servers dropped offline on their own. We requested a refund with full data. Refused four times ("non-refundable"). They then offered dedicated nodes at €1118.75 each — the identical server is €439/month on their own website (2.5x markup), priced so 4 nodes exactly equalled our balance. A €19,875 invoice we never ordered also appeared on the account. Then they stopped replying entirely. All documented with screenshots. Will update if they refund the €4,475.
